Every step in the field of soccer carries strict rules, and any attempt to circumvent these rules is nothing more than a step backward in history that will ultimately lead to its own consequences. The collapse of the NTSU system is a brutal portrayal of the reality of this law. We practitioners should all remember this bitter lesson.

After a long wait, the access list for the new season of China's national football working league was finally revealed on March 29th. Tianjin Jinmen Tigers were resurrected at the last minute, while defending Chinese Super League champion Jiangsu Suning, along with Taizhou Yuanda, Inner Mongolia Zhongyou, Beijing Renhe, Jiangsu Yancheng, and Shenzhen Pokgang, became the dust of the soccer world.

The fall of the three Jiangsu teams is sobering, and the fate of the BeiShiDa department saloon is equally sobering. Previously rumored to be in arrears of wages for eight months in Inner Mongolia Zhongyou has been reduced to historical dust, the North Sports University has gained access to the new season of the Central League, but the future is still precarious, and the future of Hebei Zhuo Ao (formerly Hebei Elite) is also confusing.

After several years of ups and downs, such a special background as the North Sport University system came to the brink of total collapse in Chinese soccer.

The demise of Inner Mongolia Central Excellence seems to be in no doubt.

At the end of last year, news about the imminent dissolution of Inner Mongolia Zhongyou came pouring in. It seemed to be a foregone conclusion that Inner Mongolia Zhongyou would not be able to complete access for the new season due to unpaid wages.

March 23, the day the CFA was scheduled to release the access list for the new season. The day before, Inner Mongolia Zhongyou player Mou Shantao took to Weibo to ask for his salary, claiming that the team owed him eight months' salary and had not paid him according to his contract. Mou Shantao said the team ignored him because he did not agree to a pay cut and his contract expired at the end of last year.

Soccer reporter "Bai Guohua" is published, "affiliated with the Northern Sports University dispatched, in the excellent salon boss Liu Zhe has run away with the official seal". Many self-media also reported on this topic.

Liu Zhe himself is a cadre in the system of the General Administration of Sport, "running away" is a bit alarmist. In an attempt to save the team, Cao Weidong, the party secretary and president of the North University of Physical Education and Sport, led Liu Zhe to Hohhot in an attempt to communicate with the local sports bureau and ride out the storm together. However, Hohhot made it clear that they could not afford to run a working salon, and the fate of Inner Mongolia Zhongyou was now finalized.

On March 25th, the payroll incident reached a climax, with some Zhongyou players pulling banners in front of the North Sports University to ask for wages. Cao Weidong is known to have been furious about this, and lashed out at Zhang Jian, vice president of the North Sports University, who was in charge of the working salon, and Liu Zhe, chairman of the board of directors of the North Sports University Enterprise Management Co. This did not save the fate of Inner Mongolia Zhongyou, but led to the end of the cooperation between the salon of the North Sports University and Haili Wansheng.

The aftermath of the N.S.U. Salon is still fresh.

Before the access list was revealed, there was also news that the NTSU Saloon was facing disbandment. The final results proved that the news was unfounded. However, the alarm has not been lifted on the NTSU Saloon.

On January 14th of this year, a team under the umbrella of Hopscotch Masonry officially took over the winter training of the NTSU Saloon. Why has the cooperation between the two sides not been officially announced? Zhang Jian, on the other hand, made it clear that NTSU would not give up its position as the majority shareholder after the partnership with HCL Wansheng.

January 29th is the big day set by the CFA for the submission of salary and bonus confirmation forms. There had been a previous case of salary arrears in the North Sports University Salon, and the submission of the form was eventually completed at the last minute. The treatment plan was to pay part of the player's salary and reach a conditional agreement for the rest.

Before that, the side of Haili Wansheng hired a new foreign coaching team for the North Sports University Salon, and there was also a storm of individual players leaving the team.On March 22, Haili Wansheng seemed to have won the game, with the former salon chairman and general manager Sun Zhedong dismissed, and Zhu Jiang (the former general manager of the Hebei Elite Salon) becoming the head of the new leadership team.

A day later, microblogging user "BeiShida Xiaoshi" broke the news: "Shi Xueqing said to receive BeiShida senior leadership instructions, the salon declared that all the players to re-sign the contract, and at the same time must accept the salary reduction," and showed a recording. This could lead to a large number of lawsuits (or lawsuits) against the NBSU Salon.

It is understood that previous head coach Cebu and his team are still under contract with the NTSU Salon, and the two sides are also likely to go to court. Meanwhile, four players with contracts on the books were not among the call-ups for the second winter training session and may not be on the final league roster. Two other players whose contracts are up who were promised extensions are also likely to be left off the season roster. These are all potential pitfalls.

Hidden problems are handled in a way that catches people off guard. Multiple sources have revealed that the Haili Wansheng team is out of the picture, the new team of salon formed by the North Sports University, Zhu Jiang and Zhang Xu, have officially taken over the team, and the players and staff who had been notified of the termination of their contracts by Haili Wansheng have been recalled. This is closely related to the Zhongyou players pay incident, the higher level has also begun to ask about this matter, the North Sports University Salon urgently need to prevent the situation from expanding.

The exit of HCL Wansheng has temporarily stabilized the situation in the North Sports University Salon, but the crisis still lingers. The breakup of the two sides involved financial disputes. Although the cooperation between Haili Wansheng and the North Sports University Salon has not been officially announced, a fee has actually been paid in advance. North Sports University Salon needs to return this fee and may face claims.

The NTSU Salon itself has some debt issues (not insignificant) that will need to be addressed in the future. The word "faltering" does not adequately summarize the plight of the Salon du Nord.

Hebei Zuoao's life is complicated.

Hebei Elite has changed a brand new neutral name - Hebei Zhuoao. "Eyeball check shows that Hebei Joyo Football Salon is 100% owned by China Fortune Vanguard (Beijing) Import and Export Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as "China Fortune Vanguard").

On January 19, Hebei Elite had a shareholding change, the shareholder Elite Group Co., Ltd. will hold 40% of the equity of the salon, natural person Tao Xu will hold 5% of the equity of the salon transferred to China Fortune Vanguard. After the transfer, Zhongfu Vanguard holds 100% equity of Salon, and the legal representative of Salon is Zhao Xing.

It seems that Hebei Elite does not seem to have much to do with North Sports University, but the situation is intricate. Back on January 11, 2019, the original shareholder, Beijing North Sports Technology Center, withdrew, transferring its shares to CFFV, and the legal representative of the salon changed to Liu Zhe. Liu Zhe's own identity is the deputy general manager of the North Sports University Sports Culture Development Company, and later served as the general manager of Inner Mongolia Zhongyou. Self-media "wanton soccer" questioned at the time, the change of shareholders is likely to be the North Sports University to avoid the relevant links to do the "change of soup but not change of medicine" operation.

Sources close to the matter have revealed that there is a rumor going around - that BeiShiDa Salon and Hebei Zhuoao will merge in the coming year. If BeiShiDa Salon continues to take pay cuts as an effective way to get through its financial difficulties, the option of a future merger would both solve the problem of where to go for players under contract and prevent public opinion from continuing to fester. This news is only rumored, but the likelihood of it becoming a reality is not particularly low.

Although it has not yet come to this point, the North Sports University system in the Chinese soccer world has been in a very awkward and delicate situation. The original intention of the formation of the North Sports University system is to create convenient conditions for the national number to play the league. Last year during the league, the North Sports University Department had implemented the 8 + 3 policy, that is, 8 U21 players + 3 veteran players on the field.

Even with this extreme form, the North Sport University Department has failed to produce a few young talents for the Chinese soccer world, but has instead allowed the salon to struggle and enter a dead end in its operations.
