The battle is on! The Chinese Football Association (CFA) today unveiled the latest squad for the U19 Men's National Football Team, with Dalian Yingbo's Zhu Pengyu and Mao Weijie listed among those who will play alongside the team at the Panda Cup International Football Tournament in Chengdu.

After careful consideration by the coaching team and authoritative approval by the Football Association, it is officially announced that the U-19 national team will start intensive training and participate in international invitational tournaments in Chengdu from November 7 to 20 in order to prepare for the AFC U20 Asian Cup in 2025 and the 2028 Olympic Games in Los Angeles. In the Panda Cup, the U19 team will face the U19 teams of Australia, Kyrgyzstan and Mongolia, with the U19 team of Mongolia on November 13, the U19 team of Australia on November 16 and the U19 team of Kyrgyzstan on November 19, in an international tournament that has been resumed after four years.

At Imbodai Lian, two players, Mao Weijie and Zhu Pengyu, who were honored to be selected in this announced list, are old faces of the team. The two have been selected several times in this year's training series and have performed well in the warm-up matches. Compared to the last roster, Huang Shan and Qu Geping failed to get another chance. Huang Shan has not played in the last four rounds of matches, and the young player's match form is in doubt. Qu Geping was injured in last week's training and couldn't even participate in the final overtaking ceremony. We wish Qu Geping a speedy recovery and a return to the field.

With the team's overtaking success, the players are on vacation. Zhu Pengyu and Mao Weijie, however, need to travel for their country. Chow Yuen Tak, who joined the team, may represent Hong Kong, China in international tournaments. I sincerely hope that the three players will shine on the field. Way to go, boys!
