Shanghai Seaport's substitutes were keeper Chen Wei (#12), goalkeeper Du Jia (#25), midfielder Cai Huikang (#6), defender Wei Zhen (#13), midfielder Yang Shiyuan (#20), defender Bao Shimeng (#31), midfielder Liu Zhurun (#33), defender Lai Deming (#38), and forward Liu Xiaolong (#45), all of whom were not included in the starting lineup.

They are at the bottom of the 12-team table, the only team with no points.

In the East Asia regional table, Shanghai Seaport is temporarily in tenth place, tied with Shandong Taishan, both with four points. Ulsan HD, on the other hand, is in last place with a losing record. According to the rules of the knockout round, only the top eight teams qualify for the next round.
