With the 2026 U-20 Women's Asian Cup and U-20 Women's World Cup drawing nearer and nearer, the CFA decisively initiated the selection process, aiming to select a leader who can lead the young women's soccer team to the top. After a rigorous screening and many considerations, it was finally decided to put trust in Colin Bell, who will be the new head coach of our U-20 national women's soccer team for the 2006 and 2007 age groups.

Colin Bell, a UEFA professional level coach with a strong reputation in international soccer, has had a career that is not only remarkable but also legendary. As a player, he left his footprints in the top leagues of England and Germany, showing his extraordinary soccer talent. After his transition to coaching, he has won wide recognition and respect for his rich experience and tactical insights, having coached a number of strong teams such as the Frankfurt Women's Football Team, the Ireland Women's National Football Team, and the Korea Women's National Football Team.
