In Group C, the Chinese Lions and the Korean Eagles fought a 2-2 tug-of-war. The Korean Eagles clinched the top spot in the group and advanced to the next round. Although the Chinese Lions finished second in the group, they miraculously made it to the last train of the Asian Cup due to their five best second place finishes. In this campaign, the Lions of China won many accolades for their heroic performance. With little effort, they executed a tight offensive and defensive layout against the Korean Eagles, demonstrating an overall strength on par with their opponents. However, the equalizing scoreline also revealed that there is still a need to sharpen the handling of certain details. Looking ahead to next year's Asian Cup, we have every reason to expect more surprises from the Chinese Lions!
