A breakdown of Shanghai Harbor's glorious double crown. Looking back to 2014, Shanghai Dongya was officially incorporated by Shanghai officials, and after four years of trials and tribulations, the team lifted the first trophy in the history of the Chinese Super League. Chen Xuyuan has been hailed as a "soccer believer". And then assistant coach Xie Hui, the hero of Shanghai's title win, revealed that the cost of the title was as high as 12 billion yuan after he set up his own business.

Just as Shanghai's title in 2009 was in doubt, in 2018, when VAR technology was introduced for the first time to the Chinese Super League, Shanghai's victory that year was dubbed the "VAR Championship" by some fans. Last year, in 2023, the team changed its name to Shanghai Seaport and won again, continuing the legend of the team's second Chinese Super League title.

Hong Kong's second championship was also quite controversial. According to media statistics, in the first 20 rounds of matches, Hong Kong received the most penalty profits of any Chinese Super League team (see below). While these may be mere coincidences, they did not dampen the celebratory mood of Hong Kong players and fans. All of the Chinese Super League titles have been disputed to a greater or lesser extent, but the size and severity of the disputes varies.

It's worth noting that neither Beijing Guoan nor Shanghai Seaport have any current players on the 44-player banned list. One can't help but speculate whether the fan's views coincide with this soccer ban list.

Compared to other years of Super League champions, are these three seasons the most pure and flawless? This can't help but spark a wide-ranging discussion.
