The team director El Salvador, nicknamed "Sa Shen" by Evergrande fans, has personally spoken out, revealing that his contract with the Guangzhou soccer team is coming to an end, but the club has not proposed a contract renewal negotiation, and has not even sent him an olive branch for renewal of his contract (see photo above). In the face of this situation, many fans have been in the comments section to support, urging the club to finalize the contract extension as soon as possible, so as not to miss this excellent coach.
So when does Salvador's contract with Guangzhou expire? Common sense suggests that it could be at the end of the year, just four months from now. The team has done so well during his tenure, and a brand new deal would be well deserved for his hard work and ability. But why have the club been so slow to act?
There is no doubt that the club understands the need to extend the contract, but it is not an easy task for the Guangzhou team, which is strapped for cash. Renewal of the contract means a pay rise? Raise the amount of geometry? The source of the salary increase and where? These questions need to be carefully considered. In addition, what is the goal of contract renewal?
