On August 10th, Manchester City's women's football club made a further splash by officially announcing that 28-year-old Japanese international Akira Yamashita will be donning the Blue Moon's kit, bidding farewell to the Lionesses of Kobe and embarking on a brand-new journey until 2027, the club said.
