[February 18th Special] In an exclusive interview on Football Night, Qingdao West Coast Music Department investor Xu Shang, an investor with a unique understanding of the Chinese Super League, shared his deep insights into the team's operations and expressed his love for soccer with great affection.

[On Operational Challenges] Looking back at last year, Xu Shang pointed out that to avoid relegation, some clubs would need to invest between $50 million and $60 million. However, the situation is very different this year, and he believes that at least $80 million or even $100 million is needed to maintain the current level.

Talking about the changes in the team, Xu Shang revealed that the team has undergone a drastic change since Ge Zhen joined the team. He recalled, "Ge Zhen was shocked by our team's performance when he first arrived, and he even questioned why we were able to play in the Chinese First Division. So he brought with him the rules and regulations of his past teams, and we adjusted them accordingly, working together to create a more professional team. Although we were still amateurish in the Chinese Super League, we were determined to improve quickly. Why did you invite Hisashi Kurosaki's team? Because I want to make a complete difference."

[Merchants dilemma] in the face of investment problems, Xu Shang frankly, the team's sponsors have not yet finalized, partly because of the poor market environment, coupled with the Chinese soccer is in the doldrums, many companies hold a wait-and-see attitude.

[Soccer Sentiment] Finally, Xu Shang expressed his love for soccer: "I have been evaluated by my coaches that I like to be involved in techniques and tactics, and in fact, I have never really been involved. I love soccer and regard it as my life. I like to play alongside the team and control my emotions. As an investor, I know that I can't always stay in the lounge. I will tell Hisashi Kurosaki that I will cheer him on when he needs me, and when he doesn't, I will support him silently."
