Westham are currently languishing in 14th place in the Premier League after an unexpectedly dull 0-0 draw with Ewarton in the Premier League. The Times revealed that class master Sullivan is preparing to call an emergency crisis meeting this week, and Spanish captain Lubidi's coaching career may face a serious test.

Rubidi took over the coaching reins from Moyes this summer. Despite spending more than £100 million in the transfer market to bring in stars such as Foucault and Carlos Souna, the team's performance has remained stagnant without any improvement. According to the Times, David Sullivan will meet with director Stretton and others this week to discuss whether to continue to support Lubidi's coaching.

Lubidiku, 58, said in an interview, "I am used to working under pressure and this is a new challenge for us. I'm happy with the performance of the players and the atmosphere of the club, I'm just a bit disappointed with the current ranking and results. But I believe that Westham are capable of climbing up the rankings." It has been reported that if Westham sack Lubidiku, former Roush leader Park Tat could be one of the successors.
