Arsenal's absolute midfielder, Martin Odigat, has just made a strong return from a lengthy period of injury. Just a short while ago in the London Premier League tournament, he stepped in like a lightning bolt to give a brilliant assist. Immediately after that, the bell rang again for the international tournament. The Norwegian international has been called up to the army on a temporary basis, which has left Arsenal heartbroken and worried about a recurrence of his old injury.

Odigat's previous injuries stemmed from an intensive period of international fixtures in September, which saw him miss a number of key Arsenal games. After a two-month layoff, he finally returned to the team and made his debut in the London derby, announcing his return with an assist.

Although he returned to the national team roster, the Norwegian FA did not preemptively include him in this international schedule. However, Odigat's outstanding performance on the field of play impressed the senior management of the national team, and finally decided to fill him in the team. It is reported that Odigat has already left London for the Norwegian capital Oslo.

Surprisingly, however, Norwegian officials later announced that, after a thorough assessment by military doctors, Odigat had not yet fully recovered to his peak condition, despite nearly nine weeks of active training. He himself admitted that he was not ready to commit to the upcoming Euroleague challenges, including the away showdown with Slovenia and the home match against Kazakhstan, and therefore decided to withdraw from the tournament for the time being to recuperate and recover.
