Tottenham Hotspur's steel backer Kristian Romero was unfortunate enough to leave the field in a thrilling battle with Aston Villa in the Premier League with an injury. It was officially confirmed that he suffered ligament damage to his right toe and is expected to be out for 7 to 10 days. It was in the early hours of this Friday morning (8) that he was a guest of honor at the match of European champions Galatasaray.

Kristian Romero sustained an injury after holding out for 61 minutes of the match and tests revealed a fracture. Although the situation is not optimistic, Galatasaray's preparation program has not been affected too much. His participation in Sunday night's (10th) Premier League home match against Yashvich is still in doubt.

Meanwhile, the Argentine national team has announced its latest roster. Gustavo Romero is still on the list for the two upcoming world-class matches against Paraguay and Peru.
