In a mysterious moment on Friday night, the Saudi Professional League saw a climactic clash. The star-studded Ainas team, but under pressure due to the unexpected absence of Cron, suffered adversity at the start of the game, narrowly missing out in extra time, and eventually blew away a thrilling 3-3 draw with Ekorout to collect 1.19 times the odds. However, such a result interrupted Ainas' brilliant run of seven consecutive victories.
Prior to this match, Ainas had just saved the day in the AFC Champions League Classic. Facing their league rivals Ekorut, coach Pioli decided to give 39-year-old Crown a rest, but Crown's absence became apparent only 12 minutes into the match. Although Ainas took the lead with goals from Park Di and Talisca, the unstable defense allowed Akerut to score twice.
Going into extra time, Ekorut was fouled by a handball in the box and the VAR technology awarded a 12-yard penalty. Talisker slotted home to make it 3-3. Ainas struggled to hold on to a point, while Hiral extended their gap at the top of the table to three points as a result of the draw.
It's worth noting that Aynas stalwart Park Di has been in fine form recently, contributing in four consecutive matches, which is no wonder why Real Madrid are drooling over him and are interested in signing the 30-year-old international from Spain.
