As the years go by, there is always a tinge of apprehension whenever Manchester United visit, however, with Manchester United coming to Villa Park, Ashton Villa will be rejoicing.

The past 18 months have been filled with rumors about Manchester United, but the recent off-field turmoil has come to an end. Now, the team is in dire need of a concerted effort from the coaches and players to create a positive buzz on the field. Unfortunately, there has been little success so far. Manchester United, the giants of soccer, are under pressure after suffering a home defeat at the hands of Tottenham Hotspur last week. As I said, this is a crucial game, and it's even tougher on the road at Villa. After six games in the Premier League, United are in 13th place with only two games under their belt, and even more worrying is the fact that they're second to last in terms of goals scored, even with Crystal Palace and Yeovil.

Last week, I mentioned that United were in desperate need of a solid front three, and while Fernandes was a rotation choice for six consecutive league games, injuries have definitely taken their toll. I don't think the team has given the players enough time to build a rapport. Joshua Shukes, the high-priced newcomer, also needs time to adapt to the EPL rhythm. Helen is expected to make her debut in this game.

For Villa, they were held to a draw by Yeatsville in the league, which is still a good start to the season, despite being tied at the top with Victory and Liverpool. In all competitions, they have only lost to in-form Arsenal. Last week, CEU beat giants Bayern Munich, and now they really are a force to be reckoned with. With Manchester United in a slump, Villa will hopefully take this opportunity to crush their opponents. The fans will be well aware that this is a great time to get behind the team and will hopefully be able to put more pressure on United and Tannhäuser in international matches. Oniran Kass and Quinnie insist that Villa are expected to win at home.

The current form of both teams will be key to the game. Villa are on a roll, while Man Utd are struggling. The Red Devils are demoralized and seemingly unable to recover, I predict Villa will have the last laugh at home.
