In the UEFA Europa League at dawn on Thursday (19), the Soviet Union's Lodi defeated Slovakia's Schloven 5-1 at home, a feat that set a new record for the biggest victory in the history of the UEFA Europa League regular season. Japanese players Henwu Furuhashi, Daizo Maeda and flag-bearer Renyo each played their part in writing a new chapter of glory for Zalodi.

It is worth noting that there are three Japanese internationals playing alongside each other in this match. In the first half, Ludi took a 1-0 lead with a goal from Skiles. In the second half, Lodi took the lead with a goal from Henwu Furuhashi in the 47th minute, followed by a penalty kick from Anzus in the 56th minute to extend the lead to 3-0. Shirokumo broke the deadlock in the fourth minute, but it was too late. Dauran Maeda then skillfully passed the ball to flag-bearer Renyo to consolidate his team's three-goal lead. Adangida then added another point before scoring to help some Ludi seal a 5-1 win.

For the first time in the history of the Europa League, two Japanese players played for the same team. After the match, leader Rogers said with emotion, "This big win in the Europa League is rare, and I don't need to say much. These players were selfless and supportive of each other, and showed a very high standard in both passing and shooting."
