The doors of the England national team are closed to Manchester United striker Rashford, however, the player has not fallen into idleness. He has been sharing his fitness routine and yoga videos frequently on social media platforms, but the move has sparked a hot debate about his training methods. It is reported that Rashford has gone to great lengths to hire a funeral expert to tailor his training program with the intention of regaining his glory.

According to the Daily Star, Rashford made a special call on former Manchester United youth player Ryan Herber, 30, as a personal trainer over the summer after his performances took a sharp turn for the worse in the early part of last season. Although Ryan Herber's career has been a little quiet in soccer, his transition to coaching has shown him to be a great mentor, becoming a big fan of Nandis, Dalloge and Erlanga.

Although Lashford has been actively sharing his training process on social media platforms, the move has been met with skepticism from some fans. They questioned whether Rashford's PR team was too high-profile, and some even left comments saying, "Rashford's PR didn't lose" and "If you want to leave social networks for a while, then make all your private training public", "In fact, all professional players practice like this, but they have to show it online". Lashford has been a consistent performer on the left wing for United this season, but unfortunately, he has failed to score so far.
