Holland were in the spotlight as the United stars took center stage in their UEFA Europa League Group A3 clash with a strong 5-2 win at home to Bosnia. Joshua Schukes made waves on his debut as a rising star for the national team, yet central midfielder Mathias Dillet conceded twice through errors.
Shavi Simmons suffered a shot on goal just 13 minutes into the match, with Shukes narrowly missing a hammer blow. Bosnia equalized in the 27th minute, but Dillet made another mistake before the end of the half, allowing his opponent to score on a one-touch goal. After the game, leader Ronald Gauvin said about Dillet's mistake: We've realized what his problem was, but it shouldn't have happened. Mistakes are part of soccer and we don't need to overstate them.
