Daniel Carvalho, the 32-year-old who will be playing for Spain in the UEFA Europa League, is busy working out the next step in his career. According to 'transfer expert' Romano, Kahuaji is interested in extending his contract with Real Madrid management to avoid becoming a free agent next summer, which could lead to a move to a Middle Eastern club.

Kahuaji's contract is set to expire next summer and Real Madrid have been vague about contract extensions for players over 30, with most players signing for just one year. Whether the right-back position will remain in the team has become an open question. Kahuaji is said to be reluctant to sign considering the length of his career. Real Madrid, on the other hand, has offered a long-term deal, and is even interested in following the trajectory of former teammates Zufenandis and Zuslusin Martyn, bringing them to the Middle East to seek gold. This summer, Zufenandis joined Saudi Arabia's Ekadisha, while Zuslusin Martyn joined Qatari side Al Gharafa.

Since moving to Real Madrid from Leverkusen in 2013, Kahuaji has contributed 13 goals and 64 assists in 421 matches, becoming a key force in Spain's Europa League win. With his prowess, he is believed to have attracted Middle Eastern clubs to throw in lucrative deals.
