The news spread like lightning across the media quickly, as Manchester United made another last-minute push in the transfer market, successfully bringing in 23-year-old Uruguayan midfield superstar Vinlur Ugadi for a whopping 60 million euros (about HK$510 million). Ugadi has arrived in Manchester and his medical is underway, signaling the imminent completion of the deal.

The details of the deal agreed between Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain this time around include a transfer fee of €50 million and a further €10 million in floating bonuses. The Chinese side have the right to a one-year extension from 2025 to 2029, making this United's fifth signing feat this summer.

Currently, Manchester United has welcomed in five new recruits including Ranny Yoru, Mafisi Di Riette, Mashallah O, Joshua Shukes and Burial Ugadi. The total value of these five new bloods put on the market amounted to €215 million (about HK$1.827 billion). New shareholder Ratcliffe has also given full support to the team's head coach Tannhäuser's decisions.
