Rousse, the English Premier League giants, will return to the European stage this season after withdrawing from the European competition last year to compete in the Eredivisie. In the draw for the play-offs on Monday (5), they will face either Braga of the Portuguese Superliga or Swiss side Cerveter. Both teams are strong. It's worth noting that the Roadrunners participated in two rounds of play-offs before and after the second round of the Premier League, which allowed them to break out quickly in the early part of the season.

Rousse, Betis, Feirentina, Heidenheim and Lens, as representatives of Europe's top five leagues, are directly promoted to the play-off draw of the Eredivisie. However, if Rousse are unlucky enough to be drawn against Braga or Cervite, the situation will not be optimistic. Braga are regulars in European competitions, having reached the last eight of the UEFA Champions League two years ago and finishing fourth in the Portuguese Superliga last season. It's worth noting that Braga's head coach Daniel Sousa is a former technical analyst for Lusitano and knows the team inside out. Cervete are also in excellent form, with three wins in four matches in the Swiss league in the first half of the season, so they should not be underestimated.

The Roadies are led by Maliska this season, but have only won one and lost one of their four warm-up matches. To make matters worse, the two play-off matches are scheduled for August 22 and 29, which means that after the first round of the Premier League against Manchester City and the second round against Wolves, the Roushs will face five consecutive hard matches on the 14th.
