Zulian Ivaris, the Manchester City striker, plans to embark on a new journey this summer, which has led to a number of giants extending their olive branches. According to The Sun, Arsenal have also joined this feast of competition for the 24-year-old Argentinean international, and they plan to sell replacement players such as Nikitia and Reiss Nelson to raise funds to invest in this "acquisition war".

Although Arsenal has signed Italian center back Caraccioli and renewed the goalkeeper's contract this summer, the team still needs to strengthen the forward line, especially the No.9 position which has been missing for a long time. As a "pure scorer", Zulian Ivaris is undoubtedly the ideal candidate to fill the gap.

But it will not be easy for Arsenal to sign the winger, as Manchester United, Liverpool and Paris Saint-Germain are also eyeing on Ivaris, with Manchester City offering a transfer fee of at least £80 million (HK$800 million). If Arsenal want to succeed in the acquisition, they have to raise funds by selling existing players. Not long ago, Imerovi sold Rich and Salty in a midfield deal that netted a £27 million transfer fee, and deals for Nikidia and Rex Nelson could surface again.

Zulian Ivaris made 54 appearances for Manchester City last season, contributing 19 goals and 13 assists. However, he has expressed his dissatisfaction with his frequent substitute appearances and is therefore eager to seek a new challenge. If he joins Arsenal, he is expected to secure a starting position.
