Recently, Japanese media exposed Liverpool's interest in signing Real Sociedad's Kubo Kenyoung as a potential successor to Sana, however, this rumor was quickly debunked by club officials. In fact, according to the UK Mirror, Liverpool's real target is Westham's wing speedster Gudas. The 24-year-old Ghanaian international not only has a similar style of play to that of Sana, but has also quickly settled into the Premier League rhythm after making the switch from Ajax last summer.

Gudas is not big in stature, but like Sana, he has agile hands and delicate footwork, and he is good at breaking through the opponent's defense in the small space. Last season, he played 33 games in the Premier League, contributing 8 goals and 6 assists, a very impressive performance. Compared to signing Kubo Kenyoung, Liverpool's pursuit of Gudas is obviously a lower risk, and can be called a "ready-to-eat" good.

However, it is not easy for Liverpool to successfully introduce Gudas. Manchester United, Chelsea and Barcelona are all eyeing him, and a battle for talent is imminent. Gudas' default fee is as high as 85 million pounds, which is a big investment for any club, and Westham is bound to sell him at a high price.
