They suffered injuries during the U.S. Nations Cup, with Mays facing a long layoff due to ankle ligament damage and Suarez opting to temporarily withdraw from the match due to "knee discomfort".
The event will see the challenge of the Mexican Premier League Stars, with 18 players set to feature in the US Pro Stars lineup. Despite the absence of Mez and Suarez, international Miami stars such as Busquets and Zodi Abba will be in attendance.
