Bayern's solid back-up Muffes Dillet is facing a fierce Europa League campaign while he has been quietly waiting on the bench for four crucial matches. This gap has provided him with valuable time to deal with the hassle of a personal transfer. He is reported to have agreed a deal with United, despite being asked to make personal sacrifices and even willing to accept a pay cut. As soon as Bayern's transfer fee is paid, the deal is imminent.
The 24-year-old Dutch international has been the subject of much controversy in the national team, but United manager Ron Arnold seems convinced of his potential.
