City suffered a straight Waterloo when key player Aidachen Moras left the field at half-time against Forest with an injury. Initially, he dismissed it as a minor blip. But the left hand injury worsened after the Brazil international. Captain Godio revealed that Aidachen's injury was serious and that the title race could lose one of its fiercest players.

Aidachen was out of sorts for Forest, missing a number of passes in the first half, one of which went close to being awarded a penalty but was unsuccessful due to a controversial decision. He injured his left hand in the second collision and was eventually substituted despite holding out until the end of the half under treatment. After the match, Aidachen left hand need to wear protective gear, Godio revealed: "Aidachen injury is serious, specific details need to be diagnosed by military doctors."

Fortunately, City goalkeeper Steffen Odiga has stepped up to the plate and has been a revelation this season. During Addams' injury, Odiga played 17 matches, including 7 Premier League matches with 5 wins and 2 losses, and City's overall performance was not affected too much.
