With British giant Ratcliffe taking a stake in Manchester United, the club's transfer policy is about to change. According to The Sun, the "chemical giant" prefers to discover local stars rather than spend huge sums of money on foreign players. He is keeping a close eye on Port Vale's 17-year-old striker, Di Bibao, who has been dubbed the "Little Lionel Messi" of the English Premier League.

Dibibber's popularity has been on the rise lately, as he made his debut for England U17s in the U17 Europa League qualifiers last month, coming off the bench to score two goals in a 5-1 win over Northern Ireland U17s, and also scored two goals for Port Vale in their last four League One games, which has led to Manchester United's interest in bringing him on board.

Nonetheless, the road to development for United's young players has not been smooth in recent years, with a number of rising stars having been sent out on loan. Even if Dibibber is able to join, it is still unknown whether he will be able to establish himself in this old team.
