The Sun revealed that Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur, the "North London Twins" in the top flight of English soccer, are plotting to expand their lineup this summer with the goal of bringing in a pure No. 9 striker. It is reported that the 24-year-old Swedish international's market price is expected to exceed 100 million pounds (about 980 million Hong Kong dollars).

Newcastle United have invested a lot in reinforcements in recent years, but have tasted the bitter fruit. It is analyzed that they may have to sell some of their players this summer in order to fill the financial holes and comply with the financial fairness policy of the Premier League. It is reported that Gumarez and Alexander Isak have become the popular transfer candidates in the team, among which Alexander Isak is even more concerned, Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur are both interested in recruiting him.

Arsenal are currently lacking a competent winger, and although Gabriel Jesse wears the number 9 shirt, he is actually better at breaking through from the wing. Nikitia has not been utilized by manager Arteta, and has not even started while midfielder Xaviers has played the 'false 9' role. Therefore, Arteta's priority this summer is to sign an authentic No.9 striker.

Alexander Ishaq, who stands at a robust 1m92 and has contributed 14 goals in 21 Premier League appearances this season, including seven in his last eight games, has emerged as a priority acquisition target for Arteta.

Tottenham Hotspur have been eager to find a new goalscorer after the sale of Harry Kane last summer, and are equally salivating over Alexander Ishak, who moved to Newcastle from Real Sussex in the summer of 2019 for a whopping transfer fee of £60million (approx. HK$590million). Moreover, it is expected that Newcastle will have to receive a transfer fee of at least £100 million before releasing the player.
