The Easter eve Premier League weekend saw an intense showdown at Newcastle's home ground. The Magpies came back to beat Westham 4-3 after a thrilling battle on the 30th. Despite an injury-riddled squad, a penalty equalizer from Alexandre Ishak and a killer strike from Harvey Bannis sealed the dramatic victory for Newcastle.

The game started with Newcastle being awarded a penalty in just six minutes, Alexandra Ishaq taking the lead with a penalty kick, however an injury to captain Hughes and a glaring hole in the defense put the team on the back foot.

Westham showed resilience in the face of adversity. Michali Antonio's goal in the 21st minute equalized the score for Westham. A goal from Gudas in stoppage time of the half gave Westham a 2-1 lead. Chaloboyun added a second shortly after the start of the second half and Westham looked assured of victory.

However, Newcastle did not give up. Harvey Bannis came on as a substitute, and Westham also replaced Gavin Ferrars. Two team changes later, Newcastle miraculously equalized. Gavin Filas was sent off in the 77th minute, Alexandre Ishak and Havibanis scored back-to-back goals to make the score 3-3 and the whole stadium was abuzz.

The game went down to the wire when Harvey Bannis scored a worldie from outside the box to put Newcastle back in front 4-3 on 90 minutes. Despite Anthony Gordon's subsequent red card and Newcastle playing with 10 men, they eventually held on for the win and all three points.
