However, the former Manchester United star has recently made a big decision as he is about to set foot on the Korean soccer landscape. This week, Lenge will officially join Seoul FC after completing a series of fitness tests. It is reported that the two sides will sign a two-year contract and Liange will earn a whopping US$1.15 million (HK$9 million) a year, making him the highest-paid player in the Korean professional league.

Lian Ger, 31, has traveled to Major League Soccer and Saudi League teams for trials over the past six months, but ultimately failed to reach an agreement. However, according to an exclusive disclosure by Chosun Ilbo, Lian Ger and Seoul FC have agreed on the terms of a contract. This week, Lian Ger will travel to South Korea in person for a final physical test and to complete the signing process.
