In the December 2023 Premier League awards, Bournemouth's frontline spearhead Solanki has been named Player of the Month, becoming the first player in the team's history to receive the accolade. Meanwhile, Ashton Villa boss Ameeri was also honored with the Coach of the Month award for December.
Solanki scored six goals in six Premier League appearances last month, including a solitary triple against Nottingham Forest to help his side to a 3-2 win. The 26-year-old England international has now scored 12 goals in the Premier League this season, second only to Aynin Shahrant and Mohammed Shahna's 14.
On the coaching front, Amery was named December's Team Manager of the Month after guiding Aston Villa to four wins, two draws and one loss in seven Premier League matches last month, including victories over two giants, Manchester City and Arsenal.
