Binford soccer star Ai Wan Dongni is scheduled to return from his eight-month ban on January 17 after being handed an eight-month ban for his involvement in a gambling controversy. The news immediately triggered a scramble for the player by all the big players, especially Arsenal FC, which is rumored to be interested in taking him for as much as 100 million pounds (about 988 million Hong Kong dollars). Ayewdonald, the 27-year-old England international, will also see his former owners Newcastle and Peterborough share in the profits if the move is successful, meaning that a single transfer may drive all three clubs to make a profit together.

According to Sky Sports, when Pittsburgh sold Ayewdoni to Binford in 2020, the contract specified that Pittsburgh would receive 30% of the transfer fee in the event that Ayewdoni moved on again. And when Newcastle bought Ayewdoni to Pittsburgh in 2018, the contract similarly stipulated that Newcastle would receive 30% of that share.
