South Korean striker Hwang Hee-chan's performance has rocketed in this season's Premier League, with a two-goal performance in an away match against Brentford in the early hours of Thursday morning (28th) helping Wolves beat their opponents 4-1, which was also his 10th goal in this season's Premier League. Unfortunately, however, Hwang Hee-chan had no choice but to bid an early farewell to the match after injuring his lower back in a collision just before the half-time break, leaving South Korean coach Chilian Shi-Man jumping to his feet in anxiety.

The match was tightly paced throughout with Wolves breaking the deadlock first in the 13th minute of the match through Lemena. Immediately after, the home team's centerpiece Nathan Collins made a mistake on a return pass, which Hwang Hee Chan easily snatched and fired in to extend the lead to 2-0. Binford pulled a goal back in the 16th minute through Uniwesa, but Hwang Hee Chan's brilliant solo effort in the 28th minute made it 3-1. Despite leaving the field with an injury before half-time, he was still able to lock up the win in the 79th minute with a brace from Binagadi to seal the victory, 4-1.
