Recently, Japanese J3 League team SC Sagamihara midfielder Rikuto Sano was arrested by police for allegedly taking pictures of women's private parts. It is reported that under Japan's anti-voyeurism law, such offenses are punishable by up to three years in prison or a fine of up to 3 million yen (about HK$162,000).

According to Nikkan Sports, the incident took place at 4 p.m. on Monday (11) on an escalator at Hashimoto Station on the Keio Line. A female university student, about 20 years old and wearing shorts, was riding the escalator when she was confronted by a photographer. The photographer claimed that he was "particularly interested in women's feet."
