As the night falls on Thursday (7), the English Premier League will see a summit clash between Manchester United and Chelsea. Nemanjamadi, who has played for both teams in the past, has revealed the training attitude of the two teams. He revealed that Chelsea's players are extremely punctual and professional in their training, whereas United's side has been known to have players who are late from time to time, including Paul Puba and Chaton Sinzu.
Nemanchamadi played for Chelsea between 2014 and 2017 before moving to Manchester United until joining Roma in the summer of 2022 and then moving to Ligue 1 Rennes this summer. Speaking about his experience, he was blunt: At Chelsea, the players were admirably professional and were never late for training. However, at Manchester United, I was annoyed by the fact that players were late, especially Paul Puba and Chaton Sinzu. As a result, I set up an internal disciplinary committee at United, which I chaired, to deal with the problem of lateness. There was one season when the fine for lateness alone amounted to 75,000 pounds (about HK$740,000), which shows the seriousness of the problem.
