In the Premier League battlefield at the crack of dawn on Wednesday (6), sparks unexpectedly flew in a seemingly evenly matched contest. Two teams with vastly different rankings engaged in a thrilling duel. In the end, Arsenal's "Mr. Billion Dollar Man" DeGrasse scored a header in the 6th minute of extra time to beat Luton 4-3. The victory not only brought three valuable points for the Arsenal, but also allowed manager Adi Da to complete the "Grand Slam" feat - since taking over the team, he has led the team to beat all 25 Premier League opponents.

Arsenal's first goal was scored by Gabriele Martiniere in the first 20 minutes of the match, which seemed to be a sure win, but then they had a hard time. Luton, the newly promoted team, equalized in 5 minutes with a header from Osho. At the end of the first half, Gabriele Jetsis scored another header to give Arsenal a 2-1 lead.

In the second leg, Luton went back on the front foot, with Elijah Adebayor and Barclay making it 3-2, but Arsenal didn't give up and Xaviers equalized in the 60th minute. Nevertheless, the Arsenal's offense was still weak, and it was not until stoppage time that they made a breakthrough. Martin Odigat's cross from the left was headed home by De Grand Rice to seal the 4-3 victory. It is worth noting that the England international, who is valued at a whopping £100 million (about HK$985 million), did get his money's worth when he completed the match-winning strike in extra time for the second time this season after playing against Manchester United in September.
