Chelsea beat Brighton 3-2 at home in Sunday's Premier League clash with only 10 men left at half-time. The match was full of sparks as Chelsea captain Gunnar Garrincha left the field before half time due to a red card, which was the second consecutive time that Chelsea's captain was sent off. At the end of the match, the players of both sides had a heated argument, even Chelsea's team leader Pudgettino was also involved in it, and the atmosphere of the scene reached a climax.

Chelsea got off to a good start with Ansel Fernandes and Govier scoring headers in the 17th and 21st minutes respectively to take a 2-0 lead. However, Brighton pulled a goal back in the 43rd minute, followed by a red card for reckless defense in the 45th minute, and the situation took a turn for the worse. In the second half, Brighton went on the offensive and Chelsea countered with a 12-yard penalty kick in the 65th minute, which was converted by Ansel Fernandes to make it 3-1.

Although Brighton didn't give up, Zuopeto brought the score to 2-3 in the 92nd minute, and in stoppage time, the referee penalized Chelsea midfielder Govier for handball, and Brighton was awarded a 12-yard penalty kick. However, after a VAR replay, the decision was reversed and Chelsea won 3-2.
