Liverpool routed Binford 3-0 at home in Sunday's Premier League thriller. Star Mohamed Shana showed bravery with two solo goals to take his career tally in England to 200, and coach Gopp was full of praise for his Egyptian striker after the game.

Liverpool were back to their dominant form this season and started the game with a furious attack. Dawun Niunis scored twice in the early part of the match, but the goal was disallowed for offside. It wasn't until the 39th minute that Liverpool opened the scoring with a clever shot from the right into the far corner of the net. After taking the lead, Liverpool went from strength to strength, and in the 62nd minute, Sana scored again with an assist from Semakas. In the 74th minute, Diago Zuda added the icing on the cake, helping Liverpool to a 3-0 win. Liverpool and Arsenal are now tied on 27 points, one point behind Manchester City.
