Manchester United superstar Anthony Mathias has been involved in a recent domestic violence scandal and the club announced that he was on "indefinite leave of absence". After returning to the UK on Wednesday (27), he went to the police station on Friday (29) to cooperate with the investigation. It was reported that he stayed in the police station for more than five hours, but he was still in good spirits and left with a smile on his face, as if he was full of confidence in the outcome.
According to The Sun, Anthony returned to the UK to support the police after completing his confession in Brazil. On Friday, he left his home in Manchester with his current girlfriend Rosilene Silva. From 4pm until 9pm, he completed all the investigative procedures without incident. When he left the police station, Anthony was all smiles and did not seem to be affected in any way.
