Recently, Chelsea FC has been making a lot of moves on reinforcements, resulting in a bloated lineup. In particular, left back Gugulena, who was brought in at a cost of up to £55 million (HK$520 million), has suffered from being snubbed by coach Pudjitenu. He has made only one appearance in the EFL Cup this season. According to The Sun, the 25-year-old Spanish international has made up his mind to leave the club when the winter transfer window opens in January next year, and Real Madrid have shown strong interest in him.

Guglielmo has not been able to get a starting berth after moving to Chelsea from Brighton in the summer of last season. He has only made 24 appearances in the Premier League, and this season he has even failed to make a single appearance, only in one EFL Cup match. As a result, Guglielmo is no longer in Pucitano's tactical system, and seeking a transfer may be the only way to save his soccer career.
