Arsenal winger Bukayo Shaka has been awarded the title of England Men's Player of the Season 2022/23 for the second consecutive year after another stunning display in the recently concluded Premier League, following his assist for Manchester United in the previous round of matches.
This award, created exclusively for England internationals, recognizes the player who has performed the best for the Three Lions each year and is voted on by the fans. Shaka's seven goals for England over the past year, including three at the last World Cup and a hat-trick against North Macedonia in the UEFA Europa League play-offs in June this year, certainly made him a worthy winner of the honor, and Arsenal officials have congratulated him. Real Madrid midfield core Zudi Binningham and Bayern Munich striker Harry Carney, meanwhile, came second and third respectively.
