A battle at the top of the Women's World Cup is about to take place as the Spanish and English women's soccer teams battle it out for the first World Cup title in the history of soccer in their respective countries.

Looking back at last year's Women's European Cup, England beat Spain in the last eight, which may have given England a psychological advantage. However, I am confident that Spain will try to avenge their defeat and clear their name.

England have been playing a 3-5-2 formation in their recent four matches, and they were particularly good against Australia. Wingbacks Bonlance and Rachel Daly are a threat on the wing and could be a nuisance to Spain's defense.

Both sides tend to control the ball, so the battle in the midfield between Barcelona's Kira Walshe and Bommardi will be the deciding factor. Not only do they have outstanding individual skills, but they also control the tempo of the game and have excellent insight to provide accurate passes to their teammates.

In the forward line, Lauren Hampson and Alexia Russell work well together, they can score goals, create chances for their teammates, and put pressure on the opposing backline when running without the ball. I think they will be a huge threat to England.

Although Lauren Hampson is set to return from suspension, I believe leader Vivien will field the same starting eleven. The Chelsea striker will be on the bench to provide the team with more options in case of a change of formation.

The Spanish team went through a difficult path to the final, defeating the technical teams Netherlands and Sweden, and finally advancing to the final, showing the king's demeanor.

The Raging Bulls have scored 17 goals so far, making them the highest scoring team in the Women's World Cup. Jennifer Bomsoe and Ebali Dondu have scored three goals each and are undoubtedly the team's top threat. My question, however, is whether or not superstar Bella Lullo will get the start? She proved to be a threat to the England backline by scoring in her last game as a substitute.
