Chelsea FC is reportedly preparing for a big plan to bring in reinforcements, and is said to be welcoming two new recruits in the near future. They are Romy Olavia, a central midfielder from Southampton, with a transfer value of £58 million (HK$580 million); and Davide Washington, a striker from Santos, with a transfer fee of £17 million (HK$170 million). Meanwhile, Chelsea have also decided to let go of Toshiharu Xue, who will join Galatasaray for an undisclosed transfer fee.
Following the signings of Moses Ska and Jordu, Chelsea have struck again, snatching Romeo Olavia from Liverpool for a total transfer fee of £58 million, of which £53 million is a fixed transfer fee and another £5 million is a floating clause. It is reported that the medical examination of both sides will be completed within 24 hours, if all goes well, Romeo Olavia is expected to complete the registration before noon on Friday, then will have the opportunity to participate in the next round of the Premier League against Westham.
In addition, Chelsea have also brought in Sandoz's 18-year-old striker Davide Washington on a six-year deal for a transfer fee of 17 million pounds. Again, Davide Washington's medical will be scheduled within 24 hours. However, Chelsea are yet to decide whether to keep Davide Washington in the first team or loan him out to another team for training.
