According to insiders, Chelsea's £115 million (HK$1.15 billion) bid has attracted the attention of Brighton, and Moses Snickers is about to sign a nine-year contract with Chelsea. Chelsea's offer is said to have broken the all-time Premier League transfer fee record, and Whiteleyton had no hesitation in accepting it.
