While Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) star Kylian McBarbie's future is in doubt after he refused to renew his contract and is adamant about not joining Saudi Hilal, Liverpool have seized the moment with the intention of borrowing the 24-year-old French striker, and given that McBarbie's mother and agent, Lamarie, is a diehard Liverpool fan, it seems like this historic move is on track to come to fruition.

Kylian McBarbie seems to have made up his mind to wait for his contract to expire next summer and move to Real Madrid on a €90 million (HK$770 million) "loyalty money" free transfer. A few days ago, he has made it clear that he will not accept the contract offered by Saudi Arabia's Hilal with an annual salary of 700 million euros (about 6 billion Hong Kong dollars), and PSG has not been able to receive 300 million euros (about 2.8 billion Hong Kong dollars) in transfer fees, the management of the current headache, worried about watching McBarbee leave the team next summer, people and money, and urgently looking for ways to minimize the loss.

According to the UK Mirror, Liverpool will play the role of "savior" and plan to take McBarbie on a season-long loan and pay a "generous" loan fee as well as cover McBarbie's labor costs. If PSG agrees, at least they can get back some "compensation", and it is reported that the two clubs have already begun to discuss this matter.

British media called it a "win-win-win" scenario: Liverpool through the introduction of the McBarbee significantly strengthened strength, is expected to compete for the title; PSG will be able to gain revenue and reduce the burden of huge salaries; and McBarbee can avoid the risk of being hidden for a year in the PSG, to continue to maintain the competitive state of high-level competitions, to wait for the next summer to be the best condition! The best way to join Real Madrid is to wait for next summer.

According to the Mirror, Kilian McBarbie is not resistant to playing for Liverpool, and crucially, his mother and agent, Lamarie, is a huge Reds fan. As early as when McBarbie was playing for Monaco, Lamarie had explored the possibility of signing her son with Liverpool, and McBarbie admitted it: "We did communicate with Liverpool before, and that team is mom's favorite team."
