Inter Milan's 30-year-old Belgian star, Lukaku, has sparked a great deal of anger among the club's management after a secret private meeting with Juventus. For this reason, the club decisively canceled the original plan to buy Lukaku for 35 million euros (about HK$307 million) plus a floating transfer fee of 5 million euros (about HK$44 million) and started to look for a replacement.

Previously, Inter and Chelsea were in talks over the transfer of Lukaku, but the club were never able to contact the striker. Meanwhile, there are reports that Lukaku and Juventus are in talks to join the club.

Sky Sports revealed that Lukaku tried to contact Inter director Osorio, but the other party was extremely unhappy with his erratic behavior and hung up after only 30 seconds of the call, making it clear that he would not be signing him.

However, there is still uncertainty as to whether Lukaku will finally join Juventus. This is because Juventus have stated that they will not be able to raise enough money to buy Lukaku until they sell striker Dusinhoovic. Currently, Paris Saint-Germain are interested in signing Dusinhoovic, but until that transfer is actually completed, Lukaku's transfer prospects remain unclear. Chelsea, on the other hand, have asked Lukaku to return to training on Monday (17th).
