Arsenal FC has been making a lot of moves recently, following the successful introduction of Xaviers, the new target is locked in West Ham United's midfield core, Dylan Rice. According to a number of British media disclosed that Manchester City has quietly withdrawn from this battle. Under Arsenal's offer of £105 million (about HK$1.04 billion), West Ham United finally agreed to the deal according to the principle of the highest bidder, and Deeglan Rice is expected to become the most expensive player in Arsenal's history.

Previously, Manchester City had an offer of £90 million (about HK$890 million) rejected by West Ham United, who then decided to give up the competition. However, Arsenal did not give up and on their third offer, they offered a fixed transfer fee of £100 million plus a floating bonus of £5 million, which eventually won West Ham United over.

West Ham United's willingness to let go of Deglan Rice, in addition to Arsenal's high offer, there is another key factor: Deglan Rice expressed his wish to join Arsenal to the club on Wednesday (28). The defensive midfielder has reportedly reached an agreement with Arsenal on his personal deal, which will see him earn a weekly salary of £250,000 (about HK$2.48 million), and the Adidas leader sees him as a future captain's choice.

Having trained with Chelsea and West Ham United's youth teams, Dylan Rice represented West Ham United's first team at the age of 18 and has so far made 245 appearances, scoring 15 goals to help his side win this year's UEFA Europa League, the first time the Hammers have won a major European competition in 58 years.
