With the recent growing inflation problem in the UK, even soccer ticket prices have gone up. According to The Athletic, 17 of the 20 Premier League clubs have chosen to increase their season ticket prices for the new season. Among them, Fulham FC stands out as the "King of Season Tickets", with its most expensive class of season ticket costing as much as £3,000 (about HK$29,867), which is the most expensive in the Premier League.
Fulham's home ground, the New Riverside Stand, has a platinum section, where season tickets are sold at a whopping £3,000, a price that only the rich and famous can afford. However, Fulham have not forgotten the ordinary fans, and the prices of adult season tickets in other stands range from £455 to £985.
In the second place in this most expensive class of season tickets is Tottenham Hotspur FC with a season ticket price of £2,025 (about HK$20,160). And the third ranked is Arsenal, whose season ticket price is £1,783.5 (about HK$17,756). It can be seen that the top three season tickets in the most expensive class of the Premier League are all from clubs in London.
