Westham won the UEFA Europa League summit clash in what was widely interpreted as a "retirement battle" for captain De Glanlis. The England international, who was rumored to be in demand by Arsenal, Manchester City, Manchester United and Bayern Munich, chose to keep quiet after the game, simply reiterating that he still has two years left on his contract with Westham.
