Last year, talented Swedish wing forward Galuszewski moved to Tottenham on loan from Serie A giants Zuyondas and initially won wide acclaim for his performances. However, the 23-year-old star's performance this season has been a bit dull, and according to reliable sources, Tottenham have shelved their plan to buy him out for the time being. Meanwhile, Serie A rivals AC Milan seem to see the opportunity and are interested in snatching the young talent.

In January last year, Tottenham signed a contract with Galuszewski which stipulated that if he played more than 50% of the games in the season and the team qualified for the UEFA Europa League, Tottenham would have to buy him out for 35 million euros (about HK$298 million). However, with Spurs not qualifying for next season's UEFA Europa League, this transfer plan was thrown into disarray. With the departure of coach Gandhi and director Berardis, who were behind the buyout, Galuszewski may return to Juventus next season.
