Premier League giants Manchester City are chasing the 'treble' and the last seven games of the season (including a possible UEFA final) will determine whether they go down in history, not only for glory but also for the huge prize pool of over £300 million (HK$2.965 billion)!
According to the British Sun newspaper, if Manchester City can successfully achieve the feat of "Triple Crown", the prize money they will receive will reach a record high. In the last four Premier League matches of the season, City only need to win three of them to secure the Premier League title and reap about £164 million (about HK$1,621 million) in prize money; and in next month's FA Cup final, if they can beat Manchester United to win the title, they will also get an additional £3.9 million (about HK$38.55 million) in prize money.
